Training Needs Analysis is not a static concept that is translated into action only every  now and then, but is indeed a never-ending process that should be fully integrated within the overall framework of any organization Training and Development and its strategic vision, goals and objectives
It  deserves to be managed judicious effectively, efficiently and wisely by identifying and assessing the gap between the knowledge, skills and attitudes that the people in the organization currently possess and the knowledge, skills and attitudes that they require to meet the organization’s goals, objectives and performance standards.

•          An outline of desired skills and abilities to be developed in order to improve the performance of the organization
